Our aerialists are performing on the big stage!
For the first time ever, we are absolutely thrilled to be able to offer our students a performance opportunity on the big stage at the stunning Te Raukura ki Kāpiti, Coastlands Theatre. A huge amount of work, planning and resources goes into creating professional shows such as this, and so we are delighted to be able to offer this in 2024!
It is not a simple task to find venues in the Wellington Region that not only offer professional staging, but that allow us to safely install and rig multiple aerial points from. Performance opportunities for young aerialists on a stage such as this are practically unheard of in Aotearoa so we really can't contain our excitement about this amazing opportunity for our young aerialists.
Both aerial hoop & aerial hammock will be showcased in this concert.

Concert Date & Time:
Saturday 7 September @6:30pm - 8:30pm Performers required to arrive at the venue @3pm - 3:30pm. Children are required to arrive with hair & makeup done, (more info on this will be sent out closer to the time) they can do finishing touches in the dressing rooms. Their costumes will be waiting for them backstage when they arrive at the Theatre. Rehearsal Dates & times: (Children only, no parents watching rehearsals) Show week:

Concert Levies:
If your aerialist is participating in the concert, there is a levy fee required: - $110 if your aerialist is performing in one performance. - $180 if your aerialist is performing in two performances. (If your aerialist is enrolled in two classes per week this will be you). This covers a massive amount of value all in one inclusive cost: - Professional downloadable photo+video package including full set of performance photos + full show video - Costume hire (Read below for more info) - For dancers wearing leotards this includes the cost of 1x set of professional dance tights, fit for the purpose of aerials (to avoid slippery-ness, protect the aerialists from their apparatus, and to provide grip on their feet) which are then yours to keep after the show. Costumes: This year we are incredibly excited to be providing our performers high quality, professional costumes. This is something that in the previous 2x showcases the kids have missed out on, and so we are very delighted to be able to offer this in 2024. We understand that costumes are a massive cost for parents, and have worked incredibly hard on solutions as to how we can keep prices as low as possible for you. Costumes, accessories, and props will be supplied by the studio and the hire of these will be covered in your concert fees. These need to be returned to the studio after the show. Payment plans: We are able to offer payment plans to help cover your concert registration fees and costuming fees.
