We are delighted to be announcing our student concert which will be held on Saturday 13 September 2025 at the stunning Te Raukura ki Kāpiti, Coastlands Theatre.

A huge amount of work, planning and resources goes into creating professional shows such as this, and so we are delighted to be able to offer this again in 2025!

Both aerial hoop & aerial hammock will be showcased in this concert.
Concert Date & Time:
Saturday 13 September @6:30pm - 8:30pm
Performers required to arrive at the venue @3pm - 3:30pm.

Children are required to arrive with hair & makeup done, (more info on this will be sent out closer to the time) they can do finishing touches in the dressing rooms.  Their costumes will be waiting for them backstage when they arrive at the Theatre.

Rehearsal Dates & times: 
During the show week, regular classes will be canceled and instead the following rehersal times will be scheduled. 

Show week:
  • Monday 8 September - In studio (Porirua)
    4pm - 6pm
    Act 1 (Aerial Hammock) only 

  • Tuesday 9 September - In studio (Porirua)
    4pm - 6pm
    Act 2 (Aerial Hoop) only  

  • Wednesday 10 September - In studio (Porirua) Compulsory
    4pm - 7pm
    Act 1 & Act 2 (Full Show)  - Hair and makeup required. 

Tech Run & Stage Rehearsal:
  • Friday 12 September @ Te Raukura ki Kāpiti, Coastlands Theatre
    4pm - 8pm 

    Hair & makeup required, costumes will be waiting for them backstage when they arrive at the Theatre.

    (Children only please, no parents watching rehearsals)​

​Concert Levies:
If your aerialist is participating in the concert, there is a levy fee required:
​
  • $110 if your aerialist is performing in one performance.
  • $180 if your aerialist is performing in two performances. (If your child is enrolled in two classes per week this will be you).

Photos & Videos
After the concert you will receive a downloadable photo & video package. This includes a full set of professional photographs and concert video.  

Costumes:
Costumes, accessories, and props will be supplied by the studio and the hire of these will be covered in your concert fees. These need to be returned to the studio after the show. 

Payment plans:
We are able to offer payment plans to help cover your concert registration fees and costuming fees. Please contact us Elle at [email protected] if you would prefer to pay this way, rather than paying in one lump sum.
