Concert info

  • Saturday 12 September
  • 6:30pm - 8:30pm
  • ​Te Raukura ki Kāpiti, Coastlands Theatre

Performers required to arrive at the venue 3pm - 3:30pm.
Parents allowed backstage from 3pm - 5pm.

Children should arrive with hair & makeup done, and they can do finishing touches in the dressing rooms. Their costumes will be waiting for them backstage when they arrive at the theatre.​

Rehearsal Dates & Times

During the show week, regular classes are canceled and instead the following rehearsals are on: 

  • Monday 7 September
    In studio - 19 Kenepuru Drive, Porirua
    4pm - 6pm
    Act II: All Aerial Hammock Performers 

  • Tuesday 8 September
    In studio - 19 Kenepuru Drive, Porirua
    4pm - 6pm
    Acts I & II: All Aerial Hoop Performers

  • Wednesday 09 September
    In studio - 19 Kenepuru Drive, Porirua
    4pm - 7pm
    Full Show - all performers  - Hair and makeup required. 

Tech Run & Stage Rehearsal - at the Theatre
  • Friday 11 September
    Te Raukura ki Kāpiti, Coastlands Theatre
    4pm - 8pm 
    All performers - Hair & makeup required
    Costumes will be waiting for them backstage when they arrive at the Theatre.
